Job Title: Regional Business Development Associate

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Regional Business Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the APAC region through strategic sales initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries on sales orders and order status via calls or emails, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets, including preparing sales quotations and following up with prospect clients.
  • Operational Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with the operations team to coordinate shipping and delivery arrangements.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitive pricing, and consumer feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and arrange return goods as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Information Technology, or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in Sales Support, preferably from the IT-related industry, is preferred.
