">About The Role:

Vistar Media is seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead the SEA business. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of scaling businesses and building relationships with major agencies, trading desks, media owners, and data partners.

  1. Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute a commercial strategy to drive revenue growth in Southeast Asia
  2. Team Management: Lead and manage a high-performing team based in the region
  3. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  4. Business Development: Identify new revenue streams and opportunities for growth in the region
">Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales and commercial leadership roles in Singapore and across Southeast Asia
  • 10+ years of experience working in ad-tech and/or digital-out-of-home industries
  • Strong knowledge of programmatic technology and its applications
  • A proven track record of scaling businesses and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
