Job Description:

This is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing the strategic development and execution of business initiatives across the APAC region. The successful candidate will be expected to lead and manage key regional projects, drive sales growth, and ensure the effective implementation of strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. They will be able to analyse market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve strategic objectives.
    • Analyse market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Forecast sales performance and set quarterly and annual sales goals for the region.
  • Team Management:
    • Proactively engage with stakeholders across the region.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide insights to reporting managers.
  • Business Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the region.
    • Address customer/country-specific needs and ensure business objectives are achieved.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Conduct market research together with country organisations to understand customer needs and preferences.
    • Identify emerging market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of sales campaigns and initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Electric engineering major with sales/marketing experience in industrial sales. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.

· Proven experience as a Sales Manager/Business Development Manager, preferably in a regional or similar role.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to analyse sales data and market trends.

· Willingness to travel within the region as required.
