Job Title: Regional Growth Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Regional Growth Strategist to drive expansion and growth across the Asia Pacific region. Key responsibilities include analyzing customer personas, conducting voice-of-customer research, and delivering actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer segments, including end users, system integrators, contractors, and distributors
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities for growth
  • Deliver data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and support segmentation strategies
  • Identify product/service gaps and advocate for improvements to enhance customer experience
  • Develop differentiated value propositions and champion them across internal and external stakeholders
  • Create enablement tools, including messaging frameworks, content, and sales collateral
  • Position offerings effectively based on market and regional dynamics

Go-to-Market Execution

  • Execute launch plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote products/services
  • Support channel partners with tailored messaging and tools to drive sales growth
  • Optimize channel mix and explore new routes to market to increase revenue

Offering Lifecycle Management

  • Align strategy across cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of go-to-market efforts to inform future strategies
  • Address market execution challenges and drive continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development, product marketing, or strategy
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Familiarity with data center infrastructure and structured cabling standards
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% across the Asia Pacific region
