Job Title: Regional Growth Strategist

 

The Regional Growth Strategist plays a pivotal role in driving the Area's commercial success by providing strategic leadership, developing and executing comprehensive growth plans, and fostering collaboration across teams.

 

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and margin improvement across the Region.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Commercial Excellence, Business Analytics, and Product Portfolio Management, to ensure aligned strategies and seamless execution.
  • Lead business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities for growth and partnerships that align with the Area's strategic objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market research, analysis, and forecasting to inform strategic decisions and drive business results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to foster a culture of collaboration and trust.

 

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of driving commercial growth, coupled with excellent strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills. They will be able to navigate complex business environments, build strong relationships, and drive collaborative outcomes.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial or business development role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of driving commercial growth, expanding market share, and improving margins.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
