Job Description
Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities and optimize costs, contributing to the development and execution of strategies that drive business results.
Conduct structured quantitative and qualitative analyses to solve complex business challenges and inform decision-making.
Research industry trends, user behaviors, and competitor best practices to inform internal strategies and drive innovation.
Support key commercial functions (e.g., marketing, category management, operations, partnerships) by refining strategic plans, performance frameworks, and reporting processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regional and local markets to monitor key performance metrics, diagnose root causes, and implement improvement initiatives.
Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree or higher in any discipline.
For fresh graduates, expected graduation by July 2026.
Prior internship or project experience in strategy, business operations, e-commerce, consulting, or startups is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and logical mindset.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and breaking down complex problems into clear action plans.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required; familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus.
