**About the role**

Mycom Plus Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and creative Business Development Executive/Associate to join our dynamic team. This full-time position, based in Central Singapore, focuses on building our brand presence through social media and marketing while managing client relationships and business leads. You will play an important role in driving client engagement, increasing visibility, and supporting overall business growth.

**What you'll be doing**
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms.
- Create and publish engaging marketing content to build brand awareness and attract potential clients.
- Monitor and respond to social media engagement, inquiries, and leads.
- Develop strategies to generate and manage new business leads.
- Support client management activities, ensuring smooth communication and ongoing relationships.
- Collaborate with the wider team on marketing campaigns, events, and business development initiatives.
- Track and analyse marketing metrics to continuously improve reach and effectiveness.

**What we're looking for**
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in social media management, marketing, or business development (fresh graduates with strong interest will be considered).
- Comfortable with content writing and confident in producing engaging marketing materials and social media content.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and nurture client relationships.
- Organised, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required, as the role involves handling client communications, social media content, and marketing materials in both languages.
