We are seeking a **Business Development Executive** responsible for identifying growth opportunities, analysing market trends, and developing data-driven strategies to enhance business performance and support long-term objectives.
**What You'll Do**:
- Drive strategic growth by analysing market trends, industry benchmarking and evaluating competitor positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, finance) to develop and implement business plans.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present actionable insights to senior management.
- Evaluate business risks and recommend contingency strategies.
- Prepare strategic reports, presentations, and proposals for stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Fresh Graduates Welcome to apply
- 2-3 years of experience in business strategy, consulting is a plus point.
- Knowledge of MS office suite would be a definite advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
