
Business Development Executive

**Job Summary**:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our recruitment and staffing services. You will be the face of our agency to potential clients and work closely with our internal team to deliver high-quality solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Understand client hiring needs and propose tailored staffing solutions
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and fulfilled
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM software
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year experience in B2B sales, preferably in the recruitment, staffing, or HR services industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance metrics
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,300.00 - $3,500.00 per month
