**Job Overview**

A management associate (MA) is an entry-level, high potential employee who work in the field of management. They typically have little to no experience in this area, but they may be exposed to a variety of tasks and projects that help them gain valuable knowledge and skills and build a strong business foundation for their future career development.

Management associates commonly assist senior managers with their day-to-day responsibilities. This might include anything from coordinating meetings with key stakeholders to organizing travel plans or other administrative tasks. Management associates also often take on additional projects which could be anything relating to business development, sales and marketing, logistics, procurement or events and programme management.

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**

**First Year**:
In your first year, you will work with the project leaders to

(1) drive recruitment for our programmes and interact with end-users
(2) plan, manage and execute projects
- Objective: These activities allow you to gain first hand interactions with our target audience to build your sensitivity to our end-user needs and develop an awareness of back-end requirements in project development._

**Second Year**:
In your second year, you will work with senior leaders to

(1) engage with industry customers in business development, sales and marketing
(2) be involved in strategy development with local and international customers.

**Examples of your tasks and responsibilities (non-exhaustive list) in your first year include**:
Driving Recruitment
- Develop analysis of the target audience / customer
- Develop value propositions for SF existing and new programmes
- Develop market survey, devise strategies to collate inputs.
- Present findings in a logical PowerPoint slides
- Be comfortable and confident to meet industry professionals, government leaders, teachers and students

Project Planning, Management and Execution
- Collaborate with the programme planning team to develop comprehensive logístical plans for various programmes, taking into account timelines, resources, and participant requirements etc.
- Manage the scheduling of programme activities, including meetings, workshops, and training sessions, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and adherence to established timelines.
- Coordinate logístical arrangements, including venue selection, transportation, accommodation, and catering, ensuring they align with programme objectives and budgetary constraints.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors, negotiating contracts, managing relationships, and coordinating their services to ensure seamless program execution.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, such as programme managers, trainers, and support staff, to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of logístical requirements.
- Conduct well-structured post-programme evaluation and provide feedback to the team to for improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logístical planning, recommending innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Basic degree with outstanding results
- Degree in STEM is a strong plus
- Must be extremely proficient in MS office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
- Proficiency in other business software tools is a plus
- An analytical mind with a strategic ability
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Demonstrate excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills
- Independent
- An outgoing personality is a plus
- Meticulous with an eye for detail

**Salary**: From $3,500.00 per month
