Join the APAC Access Digital Channels Product Management team to be part of our growing Payments business

With specific emphasis on digital connectivity and innovative technical integration solutions for client Treasury and Finance landscapes, coupled with a deep understanding of our Payments product solutions, you will be responsible for managing the product management and development for connectivity solutions.

**Responsibilities**: (start with present tense verb; max. 11 bullet points)
- Drive commercialization strategies and plans for Digital Channel Products
- Engage with internal product partners to understand the impacts of changes associated with Digital Channels Products, including new processes, tools, communications and training.
- Conduct training to internal stakeholders on Digital Channel Connectivity products
- Support Connectivity Platform client migration in APAC region in conjunction with the Technology project management office team
- Work with Regional Partners and teams for client and product requirements
- Drive APAC requirements with the Global Product and teach team for end to end delivery
- Lead Global Product initiative in the APAC region
- Maintain Digital Channel pricing for APAC region

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills,**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ experience in API technology or project experience in channel related
- Highly motivated individual with business and technical background in digital channels related
- Good technical understanding of API technologies and JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) standards.
- Expertise and experience in industry technical standards across payments and cash management domains (e.g. JSON, ISO 20022 XML, SWIFT)
- Strong presentation skills and experience leading technology discussions
- Excellent organizational and planning skills

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills,**
- Good knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and other Fintech platforms in the corporate banking space a significant advantage
- Experience in product, implementation or technology related roles
