Regional Administrative Coordinator

**Accounting**
- Prepare invoices for regional offices and handle current exchanges when handling invoices.
- Check monthly & yearly accounting closing for regional offices.
- Act as the point of contact to external professional services vendors in accounting and legal areas.
- Prepare and arrange necessary documents for internal auditing.
- Arrange and act as the point of contact to accounting firms for audit where necessary.
- Prepare regional financial reports and submit to overseas HQ where necessary.
**General Affairs**
- Manage subsidiary offices in 8 SEA countries.
- Prepare monthly reports and submit to overseas HQ.
- Report duties to Singapore and regional Managing Director.
- Responsible for strategic decisions on the Company’s corporate insurances.
- Manage employee labour matters on a regional scale.
- Coordinate with international departments in overseas HQ.
- Coordinate on accounting and finance, human resources, general affairs with respective regional offices.
- Manage internal company’s governance matters.
- Degree and above in any business related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience as a back-office coordinator specialist with regional exposure, preferably in an MNC.
- Experienced in preparing financial reports on a regional scale.
- Hands-on experience in finance, human resources, general affairs and corporate governance.
- Possess good command of English language for clear communication across the departments.
- Proficient in Japanese language to communicate with Japanese-speaking counterparts in overseas subsidiaries.
