Overviews:
[Accounting]
- Prepares invoices for regional offices and handle current exchanges when handling invoices.
- Checks monthly & yearly accounting closing for regional offices
- Act as a point of contact to external professional services vendors of accounting and legal areas.
- Prepares and arrange necessary documents for internal auditing.
- Arranges and be a point of contact to accounting firms for audit where necessary.
- Makes regional financial reports and submit to overseas HQ where necessary.
[General Affairs]
- Manages subsidiary offices in Southeast Asian 8 countries.
- Prepares monthly reports and submit to overseas HQ.
- Reports duties to Singapore and Regional managing director
- Responsible for strategic decisions on the Company’s corporate insurance
- Manages employee labor matters on a regional basis
- Coordinates with international departments in overseas HQ.
- Coordinates on accounting and finance, human resources, general affairs with respective regional offices.
- Manages internal company’s governance matters.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

- 地域オフィスの請求書作成、請求書処理に伴う現行為替対応
- 地域オフィスの月次・年次会計決算のチェック
- 会計・法務分野の外部専門サービスベンダーとの窓口
- 内部監査に必要な書類の準備・手配
- 必要に応じて、会計事務所との監査のための連絡窓口を担当
- 地域別財務報告書を作成し、必要に応じて海外本社に提出
[総務]
- 東南アジア8カ国の子会社を管理
- 月次報告書を作成し、海外本社に提出
- シンガポール及び地域のマネージング・ディレクターに業務報告
- 企業保険に関する戦略的な意思決定
- 地域ごとの従業員労務管理
- 海外本社の国際部門との調整
- 経理・財務、人事、総務に関する各地域のオフィスとの調整
- 社内のガバナンスに関する事項の管理
- その他関連業務
応募資格
[Must]
- At least 3 years’ experience as a back-office coordinator specialist with a regional exposure preferably in any MNC environment.
- Experience in preparing financial reports on a regional scale.
- Hands-on experience in finance, human resources, general affairs, corporate governance.
- Possess a good command of English language to communicate inter-departmentally with a clarify.
- Possess a good command of Japanese language to communicate with Japanese speaking counterparts in overseas subsidiaries.
[Must]
- 最低3年以上のバックオフィスコーディネータースペシャリストとしての経験(多国籍企業における地域統括経験があると尚可)
- 地域規模での財務報告書作成経験。
- 財務、人事、総務、コーポレートガバナンスに関する実務経験
- 部門間のコミュニケーションを明確にするための英語力
