**Role: Technology Alliances Manager (APJ)**
We are seeking a Technology Alliances Manager to develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration our channel partners, to build pipeline and drive growth for UiPath - in conjunction with our regional sales and partner managers, in line with UiPath’s APJ technology alliance strategy.
What you'll do at UiPath:
- Work with key technology alliances across APJ
- Refine and execute business and go-to-market plans with our tech alliances and local sales and marketing teams to build pipeline and accelerate revenue growth in APJ
- Achieve regional pipeline and revenue targets and other key objectives
- Build and execute regional plans to increase product demand, including enablement activities to build our tech partners’ competency to sell, service and support our mutual customers
- Map mutual partners and execute ‘Meet-in-the-Channel’ sales campaigns
- Be the executive liaison to technology alliances in the APJ region
- Create and successfully execute relationship plans to ensure executive sponsors are established by both organizations and that regular and relevant contact is performed to review business performance of the partnership
- Conduct quarterly business reviews on the progress and execution of the business, GTM and relationship plans to ensure we are meeting our mutual business objectives and define action plans to address any gaps or new opportunities
- Work with UiPath sales and marketing teams to align and communicate the sales and marketing motion for each technology partner.
What you'll bring to the team:
- 10 - 15 years of relevant experience in B2B tech environment
- Experience in quota-bearing sales role
- Experience in partner and alliance leadership with a track record of GTM success
- In-depth understanding of technology partner’s such as AWS & Microsoft, their organization, key stakeholders, overall strategy, company culture, market offerings and joint value proposition
- Superb business development and negotiation skills coupled with the excellent communication & presentation skills to sell your ideas
- Ability to present business value of solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong business acumen with experience in a high-growth, fast-paced company
- Sales driven approach with a solution-oriented mindset
