**The Role**:
The role of the alliance manager is to ensure all aspects required for the success of commercial alliances, to ensure that maximum potential for our partnered brands are realized.
**What will you do in this role**:
In this role, you will report to the Oncology Business Unit Director. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting strategic and high-priority alliance initiatives, driving commercial and operational excellence, optimizing strategic planning, and building solid internal and external partnerships. Your scope may include but is not limited to:
- Enhance strategic relationships with business partners and stakeholders
- Lead commercial responsibility for existing alliances in realizing/exceeding targets and achieving the company scorecard objectives
- Closely collaborate with alliance partners in joint strategic brand planning, and coordination and execution of commercial activities
- Lead the development of regular joint alliance team meeting materials, including the coordination of the presentation
- Ensure Senior leaders and the Alliance Organization remain aware of the various dimensions involved in commercializing a partnered product
- Keep the alliance team focused on the mission through fostering tight cross-functional collaborations to develop alliance businesses for the short and long term.
- Manage marketing operation for in-line product range
**Accountabilities / KPIs**:
- Financial Objectives of partnered brands
- Perform regular country reviews alliance reporting, monitors market trends, customer insights, competitor activities, and support sales force effectiveness to identify and capture potential opportunities and address potential issues.
- KPI monitoring meeting
- Marketing planning, marketing material development & review, and forecasting
- Allocate ~50% of the time on the field engaging with oncology customers
- Work with internal functions and existing alliances to streamline processes to increase productivity within resources.
- Set an example by maintaining high integrity and ensuring external business partners practices are carried out under the company’s code of conduct
- Work closely with the local Governance Lead and Regional Steering Committee to maximize synergies in the partnership.
**What should you have**:
- You have excellent Commercial Awareness, great data analysis skills, and are good at project management.
- You are an expert Communicator, customer-focused, and result-oriented.
- You can lead the initiative and collaborate with external partners independently. Have excellent interpersonal effectiveness and are a good team player
- You are an expert and understand healthcare environment trends, industry legal, regulatory, and compliance landscape.
- You can assimilate and communicate complex clinical and product information to a broad audience of different levels of technical expertise.
