Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years' experience in project management - Ability to read and interpret wellbeing data findings - Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills - Experience in health / wellness fields - Experience working in a cross-cultural environment - Willingness to travel (approximately 30%) Desirable: - Experience of independently leading work streams/projects within larger programmes. - Degree in health psychology, behavioural science or another relevant health behaviour-related field - Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role. - Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.
