Job Title: Well-being Partnership and Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our well-being partnership and operations team.

The successful candidate will have experience in project management, health and wellness fields, and the ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.

They will be responsible for developing, implementing, and measuring global well-being programs for all teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of multi-disciplinary experts to tailor and implement regional well-being programs
  • Provide specialist subject matter expertise and input into program design and evaluation
  • Manage expectations of stakeholders by providing clear program roadmaps and updates

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management
  • Ability to read and interpret wellbeing data findings
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in health/wellness fields

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience of independently leading work streams/projects
  • Degree in health psychology, behavioural science or another relevant field
