As the Lead for the Singtel SG Rewards and Well Being team, you’ll play a critical role in shaping a high-performance culture by designing meaningful, equitable, and forward-thinking total rewards strategies for Singtel SG. You’ll have the exciting opportunity to enhance our BIG Culture, promote employee well-being, and ensure our reward practices support talent growth, engagement, and inclusivity.
Operating within a matrix reporting structure, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with diverse business units and regional teams, driving alignment between local reward and well-being initiatives and the broader Group Rewards and Well Being strategy
**Rewards Strategy & Delivery**
- Provide strategic leadership across the full spectrum of rewards and well-being matters for Singtel SG, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and business priorities.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of performance management programs that align individual goals with organisational objectives, providing managers and employees with the necessary tools and guidance to drive meaningful performance conversations.
- Drive the development and execution of competitive and equitable compensation and reward programs.
- Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure our compensation remain market competitive to attract and retain talent.
- Lead the delivery of annual performance management and remuneration review cycles (salary reviews, bonus programs, etc.) in close collaboration with People & Culture Teams and business units.
- Oversees the design of sales commission schemes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
**Well Being and Benefits**
- Partner Group Rewards and Well Being to design, evaluate, and enhance the organisation's health and well-being programs to support holistic employee health.
- Champion the company’s well-being agenda, collaborating with internal stakeholders to promote awareness and engagement.
- Drive the development and implementation of benefits offerings for SGO countries, ensuring they are locally relevant, cost-effective and alignment with employees needs and organisational goals, in close partnership with the local People & Culture Teams.
**Policy, Compliance & Communication**
- Ensure all reward and benefits programs comply with local legislations and best practices.
- Develop clear guidelines on compensation and well-being matters.
- Lead the creation and executive of effective employee communication strategies that enhance employee understanding and engagement with total rewards and well-being offerings.
**People Manager and Leader**
- As a people leader within the Rewards and Well-being function, you will guide and develop a team of compensation and benefits professionals (in Singapore and SGO countries), ensuring the delivery of high-quality, data-driven solutions that support business goals and enhance the employee experience.
- Act as a key advisor to P&Cs and senior leaders on reward and well-being matters.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with relevant experience in rewards and well-being
- Experience in conducting market salary benchmarking and performing job evaluations to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures
- Stakeholder Influence (demonstrated ability to navigate matrix organization
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Proficiency in data analytics
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- IHRP certified
