As an Associate Director you will perform the following job responsibilities:

- Contribute to sales and business development efforts for Work & Rewards consulting business focusing on the area of ECBA
- Serve as Project Manager for marque ECBA clients in Singapore and the South Asian region
- Lead a team of consultants and associates in winning clients, delivering excellent client work and managing operations for ECBA practice
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with client contacts through effective communication and efficient, quality execution of projects
- Develop new intellectual capital for the ECBA practice by consolidating internal work experiences and participating in regional/global initiatives
- Contribute to intellectual eminence and development of point of views on executive compensation and board advisory topics
- Participate in marketing initiatives including media, research papers and surveys
- Work with other lines of business within the company to cross sell other products and solutions to existing clients

**Experience Required**:

- At least 5 years of experience in rewards and compensation in the private sector or a compensation consulting background.
- Knowledge of tax, corporate finance, regulatory, corporate governance and accounting requirements
- Demonstrated first-hand experience with special equity and incentive plans in a broad array of compensation related areas
- Some experience with special equity and incentive plans for situations such as IPOs, LBOs, M&As, divestitures and entrepreneurial starts ups will be a plus
- Demonstrated success or strong evidence to support new business generation
- Strong client relationship, interpersonal and team skills

**Salary 80,000 Singapore Dollars plus comprehensive benefits
