Latham & Watkins, a global law firm consistently ranked among the top firms in the world, is seeking a newly-created Well-Being & Benefits Manager to join our dynamic global team. This role will take responsibility for our benefit and well-being programs in Asia and can be based in either our Hong Kong or Singapore offices.

**About the role**
As a Well-Being & Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation and administration of the firm’s health, welfare and well-being programs in the Asia region. Other key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with external providers and working closely with vendors, particularly during renewal periods, negotiating and designing bespoke programs
- Collaborating and strategizing with our global management team regarding benefit and well-being initiatives, budget management and program structure
- Researching and evaluating our industry trends, presenting cost analysis and studies, and ensuring Latham & Watkins are offering market-leading programs within the region
- Offering a first-class customer service internally to all lawyers and staff, handling and/or escalating enquiries, and providing benefits support and guidance during the various stages of the employee lifecycle
- Developing a strong knowledge of local governmental regulations and keeping abreast of any changes to local laws pertaining to benefits.

- Can demonstrate effective interpersonal skills and enjoy working with all levels within the firm regarding strategy, policy and procedures
- Enjoy working in a team but also feel confident using your initiative and working on a stand-alone basis at times. Project management, strong customer service and excellent multi-tasking skills are a must for this role
And have:
- Solid experience of a global or regional Human Resources role with an emphasis on employee benefits and well-being programs
- An understanding of working within a law firm, or other professional services environment.
- Experience of global mobility assignments and international expatriate assignments would be a bonus
