This role reports to the Head of Rewards and Performance and is primarily responsible for designing, reviewing, and managing the performance management process as well as managing the wellbeing initiatives for Prudential. In addition, this role will also act as a Rewards partner to specific business divisions, working closely with the HR Business Partners to provide rewards advisory and insights to the Business.
Performance Management (40%)
- Independently design, review and manage the performance management process for Prudential ensuring smooth execution of its KPI Setting, Mid-year review and year-end review process
- Work closely with the Strategy team to ensure that the Management Team’s KPIs are aligned with the company objectives for the year
- Promote a culture of continuous feedback using the Company’s 360 Degree feedback tool
- Design clear performance principles that can be used by managers to guide the year-end performance calibration exercise
- Facilitate and ensure all the necessary tools and systems for facilitating the performance management process are set up, tested and ready for launch in accordance with performance management timelines
Wellbeing Initiatives (40%)
- Implement Prudential’s well-being proposition by delivering initiatives and programmes, focusing on well-being coaching, health and wellness, mental and financial well-being and work-life blend.
- Monitor the applicability and effectiveness of various well-being programmes through surveys and make adjustments where needed
Rewards Partner (20%)
- Provide support in compensation review, compensation proposal preparation and job sizing.
- Participate in market benchmarking surveys, including partnering HR Business Partners on job matching, data submission, interpreting survey data and performing analysis for the specific business divisions.
**Requirements**:
- Strong programme management skills with the ability to plan, communicate and drive programmes / projects effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely express ideas both verbally and in writing
- Able to work effectively within a fast-paced organization, possess strong collaboration skills and is proactive, forward thinking and consultative
**Experience**:
- 4 - 6 years experiences in performance management and rewards, preferably with consulting experience will be an added advantage
- Experience in delivering well-being initiatives preferred
