**What the role is**
- The jobholder develops and implements strategic framework and work plans on well-being initiatives including conducting systematic planning and research of various well-being schemes and assessing their relevance and alignment to the Department’s vision and mission.
**What you will be working on**
- The jobholder plans, proposes, implements, reviews and evaluates the effectiveness of well-being programmes. This includes monitoring demographic changes and staff profile in order to study staff needs, as well as conduct surveys/focus group discussions and gather staff feedback on staff well-being matters. He/she also conducts audits and reviews of Standard Operating Procedures related to well-being initiatives to ensure continuous improvement and relevance.
The jobholder provides secretariat support for various committees chaired by Deputy Commissioner including making recommendations on well-being policies, schemes and benefits.
The jobholder manages the Welfare Budget including allocating funds for various well-being initiatives as well as monitoring and tracking fund utilisation.
The jobholder plans, implements and reviews Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policies and initiatives including coordinating with external agencies and internal units to ensure that SPS engages in meaningful CSR activities to maintain an engaged workforce.
The jobholder maintains and updates Corporate Cards Booking System including administering the online registration and monitoring utilisation rates for all corporate attractions and makes recommendations to renew, terminate or purchase the corporate cards, where relevant.
The jobholder will also undertake the responsibility of exploring a new platform to administer the issuance of celebratory gifts including generating and submitting monthly celebratory gift, overseeing the administration and issuance, as well as certifying invoices and processes payments. He/she will also administer bereavement wreaths, grants and Get-Well Hampers including performing procurement-related, delivery and payment matters.
The jobholder implements MHA Vaccination Policy for SPS staff including coordinating vaccination exercises.
The jobholder organises well-being initiatives such as Health Promotion initiatives, PSD-led initiatives, Basic Health Screening, HQ Festive Bazaars, Blood Donation Drives, webinars etc. In addition, he/she nominates and works together with the HQ Welfare Committee members to organise activities for HQ staff.
The jobholder sources for various promotions and corporate discounts and/or membership schemes. He/she also assists with coordination for Whole-of-Government (WOG) events and process CSC membership fees under the CSC Co-Payment Scheme.
