Regional Well-being Activation Lead, Global Health Services, Asia Pacific
**Job Description**:
- Accountable for the delivery of the regional physical well-being strategy, programs and services to achieve GHS total health and well-being strategic objectives.
- Drives efforts to strengthen and build physical well-being services within the region, including promotion of physical well-being as a Credo value
- Accountable for the development and activation of a regional strategy for physical well-being that is integrated into Regional business strategies
- In conjunction with regional and campus staff, develops and ensures the execution of quality assurance systems to ensure excellence in physical well-being programs
- Establishes collaborative relationships with regional functions and stakeholders to drive partnerships that support overall goals & objectives
- Leads vendors to ensure services are optimized, quality of services and delivery and quality of data is maintained per contract requirements. Optimize vendor offerings to ensure the highest quality service
- Responsible for the development and delivery of training programs relating to physical well-being
- Serves as a key point of contact for physical well-being programs and resources for internal business partners; drives awareness and engagement and identifies strategic partnering opportunities to gain input to advance the GHS strategy
- Provides input on and executes digital/data strategy
- Supports collection and validation of key Global Health data and metrics
- Global process owner for selected programs or processes
- Reports directly to the Regional Director, with a dotted line to Global Lead
**Qualifications**
Required:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
- A minimum of 8 years professional experience
- Has experience managing, planning and implementing projects and strategic change initiatives for sustained impact
- Relationship management and collaboration skills
- Strong leadership skills; operates as a regional leader with understanding and appreciation for business differences.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated Analytical and strategic thinker with ability to create integrated solutions to support enterprise goal, in alignment with global strategies
- Influence, shaping solutions, negotiation and consultative skills
- Embodies strong interpersonal and consultative skills
- Ability to understand and integrate internal and external business drivers and financial metrics to drive outcomes
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, and able to respectfully question and/or challenge others to think through problems, improvement opportunities, solutions, and plans
- Collaborative partner and team leader with a proven commitment to build a positive and inspiring work environment, especially during times of change
- Strong executive presentation skills; can speak across various forums and communicate to broad, diverse audience
