Well-being Partnership and Operations Lead, Trust & Safety
About the Team: Our Global Wellbeing (GW) Team is responsible for the development, implementation and measurement of global wellbeing programs for all Trust & Safety teams. These programs are designed to support and promote positive physical and psychological health, as well as healthy working environments, especially for those who work with potentially harmful content, and for both in-house teams and business partners.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of multi-disciplinary experts to tailor, implement and manage regional wellbeing programs based on a Global Wellbeing Strategy and Framework; provide specialist subject matter expertise and input into program design, implementation and evaluation
Proactively manage expectations of all interested stakeholders by providing clear program roadmaps, milestone dates, and global program updates
Work with the Wellbeing leadership team to design and manage organizational strategy to ensure alignment across regions
Meet on a regularly scheduled cadence to review and staff wellbeing programming outcomes with partner vendors and Wellbeing Program Manager reports
Review existing program structure of partner vendors, and ensure alignment with requirements outlined within the statement of work
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years' experience in project management
Ability to read and interpret wellbeing data findings
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Experience in health / wellness fields
Experience working in a cross-cultural environment
Willingness to travel (approximately 30%)
Desirable:
Experience of independently leading work streams/projects within larger programmes.
Degree in health psychology, behavioural science or another relevant health behaviour-related field
Ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role
Resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role
