Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in partnership management and/or sales.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience with partnership development, including identifying partners, structuring and facilitating agreements, and partner management, as well as experience handling sensitive partnerships.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to formulate and articulate agreement, technical, financial, and business points with partners and internal teams.
- Experience operating within and providing leadership in cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy, Operations, etc.) across initiatives.
- Experience working in Misinformation, Trust and Safety, or Policy.
- Experience in program management or consulting.
- Experience working in a matrixed organization.

**About the job**:
As a Product Partnerships Manager, you will accelerate YouTube’s responsible growth by sourcing and managing partnerships that safeguard the viewer experience. You will support the cross-functional teams that work to remove violative content, reduce borderline content, and raise authoritative information. You will own the business side of YouTube’s Trust and Safety efforts that are vital to the success of the platform.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with external Misinformation and Trust and Safety experts, including sourcing partners, structuring and facilitating agreements, and diligently managing partners.
- Lead cross-functionally to secure support for partnerships, including problem-solving legal, policy, business, operational, and technical complexities.
