**Kitchen Team Lead - Japanese Cuisine (5-Day Week)**:
Join a team where precision, passion, and teamwork come together to deliver authentic Japanese dining experiences. We’re looking for a **Kitchen Team Lead**who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in their craft, and can lead by example while supporting the growth of junior team members.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Prepare and cook signature Japanese dishes from sushi and donburi to tempura and grilled specialties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service flow
- Lead and mentor junior staff on prep, cooking, and plating techniques
- Step in for the Sous Chef or Head Chef when needed
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and consistency during service
- Assist with inventory checks and ingredient ordering to keep the kitchen well-stocked

**What You Bring**:

- At least **2 years of hands-on kitchen experience**(Japanese cuisine experience is a plus)
- Strong knife skills and a good eye for presentation
- Ability to stay calm and reliable under pressure
- A team-oriented mindset and a commitment to cleanliness and quality
- Flexibility to work **5 days a week**on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
