Job Overview

The Operations Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the kitchen, managing staff and resources to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures
  • Plan and develop operational strategies to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Recruit and hire a team to carry out kitchen work effectively
  • Work with outlet managers to achieve high productivity and profitability
  • Undertake financial management to maintain efficient overheads and manage multiple outlets
  • Set standards and objectives for different stores and departments
  • Approve payroll for outlets before sending to HR
  • Manage food and manpower costs
  • Conduct pre-operational and regular checks of the kitchen
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10 years of experience as an Area Manager position
  • Proven food and beverage management experience
  • Working knowledge of computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software)
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently
  • Mastery in delegating tasks
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Up to date with food trends and best practices
  • Menu Creation - plan menu and develop new dishes
Key Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Supervisor who can lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team.

About the Role:
