Kitchen Team Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of the kitchen management, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • SUPPORT HEAD CHEF IN ALL AREAS OF KITCHEN MANAGEMENT
  • LEAD BY EXAMPLE AND PROMOTE POSITIVE TEAM DYNAMICS
  • Maintain high standards of quality control and ensure that all menu items meet company specifications
  • Develop a strong knowledge of company menu items and products
  • EFFECTIVE STOCK/FRESH FOOD ROTATION TO MINIMISE WASTAGE
  • Adhere to strict health and safety standards and regulations
