Job Title: Kitchen Team Lead – Mala Cuisine

We're looking for a Kitchen Team Lead who can bring precision, passion, and consistency to our high-energy kitchen.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support the kitchen team in daily operations
  • Prepare authentic Mala dishes with quality and speed
  • Ensure food hygiene, prep efficiency, and consistency at every service
  • Coordinate closely with front-of-house for smooth service flow
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to grow their skills
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience in a commercial kitchen
  • Hands-on experience with Mala cuisine or wok cooking preferred
  • Calm, solutions-focused leadership in high-pressure situations
  • Strong sense of ownership and organizational skills
