**Title: NTT Group Alliance Leader, APAC**

**Location: Singapore
Position Summary:
The Senior Alliance Manager will be responsible for developing and driving sales of Juniper products/solutions through NTT Group in APAC. Although the primary focus of this activity will be APAC, there will also be a need to coordinate Juniper activity with NTT Group on a theatre and worldwide basis. This role is a sales position and does carry quota responsibility. In addition to developing across APAC, in the short term this role will specifically focus on 4 key countries (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Hong Kong) including a select set of jointly nominated accounts in these focused countries. The Senior Alliance Manager’s primary goal will be to leverage the alliance to generate new revenues for Juniper Networks and increase Juniper's relevance within the NTT Group. The Senior Alliance Manager must continue to develop and strengthen the existing alliance between Juniper and NTT Group through identifying and cultivating new avenues for revenue growth that are consistent with the corporate strategies of both companies.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Selling Juniper products and solutions through/with NTT Group through close interworking with both the NTT Group and Juniper sales teams,
- Drive and manage the ‘focus accounts’ initiative in the four focused countries of Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Hong Kong.
- Educate NTT Group sales and SE teams in relevant Juniper solutions and the benefits of the Juniper partnership
- Educate the Juniper sales team in relevant end to end NTT Group solutions and the benefit of leveraging the NTT Group partnership and global alliance.
- Develop sales strategies with NTT Group for potentially developing future ‘Focused Countries’ such as India.
- Provide orders/SA forecasting and project/initiative updates on weekly global Alliance call.
- Manage the effective planning and utilization of allocated Marketing Development Funding (MDF) in pursuit of the NTT Group Alliance business plan in APAC.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Broad-based technological awareness, complemented by knowledge of networking solutions, routing, switching and security in both the Enterprise and Service Provider arena.
- Previous experience in working in a Global Alliance organization.
- Muti-country/regional/cultural work experience would be a distinct advantage
- Extremely strong communication skills will be required in order to gain trust and credibility across this “major alliance partner” and Juniper organizations and strong interpersonal skills and desire to work in a dynamic and fast-pace environment
- Must have the ability to work autonomously, be self-motivated and a strong virtual team player.
- Must have a commitment to customer service and end customer experience.
- Relationship management skills that translate into identifying decision-makers and influencers and managing and motivating the Alliance to successfully develop a funnel and convert to success orders.
