Are you ready to shape the future of Preanalytics across one of the most dynamic regions in the world?- We’re seeking a seasoned and visionary Business Development Director Preanalytics - APAC to join our regional leadership team. This role is central to expanding our market presence, improving customer outcomes, and driving sustainable growth across Asia-Pacific- As the key regional leader for Preanalytics, you will define and execute go-to-market strategies, optimize our commercial footprint, and collaborate across functions to deliver customer-focused innovation. You’ll serve as the strategic link between our global business unit and APAC markets.**Sales Strategy & Growth**
- Define and lead the regional growth strategy (sales and profitability)
- Partner with the VP Sales APAC to set and deliver annual business targets
- Optimize sales coverage and improve performance in collaboration with local leaders
- Support strategic pricing and contribute to long-term marketing blueprints
- Identify new growth opportunities in partnership with the business unit
- Act as the voice of the customer to influence product and solution development
- Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and strategic customer

**Sales Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration**
- Drive commercial excellence across diverse APAC markets and customer segments
- Lead a virtual, cross-functional team to execute key business priorities
- Align regional marketing initiatives and messaging with business unit strategy
- Collaborate with global teams to implement innovative commercial concepts
- Develop talent and foster collaboration across GBO and functional stakeholders
- Secure alignment and engagement from key internal partner

**Market & Competitive Intelligence**
- Monitor and respond to customer needs and market developments
- Maintain deep domain knowledge and understanding of regional trends
- Translate internal and external insights into strategic recommendations

**Your profile**
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Deep business acumen with expertise in Preanalytics or related healthcare areas
- Track record of commercial success and market expansion in APAC
- Strong understanding of healthcare and laboratory procurement in the region
- Effective communicator with the ability to simplify complexity
- Experienced in matrixed, multinational organizations
- Willingness to travel internationally within the region
- Fluent in English; additional APAC languages are a plus
