**Role Overview**:
Working in a team environment, a Human Resources Lead guides and manages the provision of Human Resources services, compliance with policies and programs for the company.

As the Regional HR Director for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region at SoftwareOne, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing the Human Resources function across multiple countries. Your role will Report to Global People and culture (P&C) leader, Regions, you will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with global and corporate policies while ensuring compliance with local regulations. Your primary focus will be on driving integration, transformation, and growth initiatives while fostering a culture of excellence and satisfaction among employees.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategy and Policy Development**:
You are responsible for implementing, managing, developing all the processes and policies, which aligned with the global and corporate policies of SoftwareOne, regulate the procedures of the area and in accordance with local regulations, ensure full satisfaction of employees in all areas related to Human Resources.

**Leadership Building**:
You will be leading a regional HR team that will effectively support the full region. You will be creating impact with the HR function on employees, business and society. Closely operating and partnering with the local and regional business leaders. Integration, transformation, facilitating growth and cultural impact will by high on your agenda to drive.

**Business Partnership**:
Within the leadership group your position is key to support the success of the teams. Through motivational activities, correct compensation policies, quality in the selection, development and training processes, a broad spectrum is covered that must be supported by the opinion and percentage of employee satisfaction. The role manages and leads all these sub processes, always ensuring the satisfaction of the internal client.

**Employee Experience and Engagement**:
The HR operating model is rapidly transitioning into global Centers of Expertise with global and local HR partner model. Being part of and leading this global HR transformation is a key element for your success.

The role will be covering APAC: India, Srilanka, UAE, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.

You take great pride in delivering **Customer Satisfaction** (internally and externally) and Employee Satisfaction in your colleagues is paramount. **Integrity** is important to you but the big corporate machines don’t really interest you. You’re deeply **Passionate** about what you do but Humble enough to keep learning and recognize the importance of collaborating with your team and colleagues. What we need to see from you:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience in leadership roles across multiple countries.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, laws, and regulations across the APAC region.
- Proven track record of driving HR initiatives that contribute to business success and employee satisfaction.
- Experience in multinational companies and the IT industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated passion for Human Resources and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
