**Innovations Implementation Leader, APAC**

The Innovations Implementation Leader will work closely with the Innovation and Partnerships Leader and local country Health Solutions Leaders to execution on Health Solution's APAC Innovation Agenda.

**What the day will look like**
- Lead and implement Health Solutions strategic initiatives across Asia Pacific
- Collaborate with Operations and Technology, Digital Marketing, Project Management Office, Aon's Centre for Innovation & Analytics (ACIA) and Legal and Compliance teams to execute key initiatives and deliver business results
- Build internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Track and report progress against performance KPIs
- Help to shape the Health Solutions Innovation Agenda
- Partner with regional and local market leaders and teams to understand client need and shape product roadmap
- Continuous identification and assessment of innovation opportunities to deliver value to clients and competitive advantage for Aon.
- Build and maintain a deep knowledge of Health Solutions markets in APAC and innovation and growth opportunities.
- Establish and develop strong industry connections to understand market trends, new technologies and innovations

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Bachelor or Masters degree, preferably in business
- Proven track record leading and implementing technology and operational initiatives
- Minimum fifteen years’ experience in insurance, technology or healthcare
- Deep understanding of technology and project implementation
- Passionate about innovation, analytical and have a forward-leaning approach to business
- Confidently engage and negotiate with senior internal and external stakeholders. Strong influencing skills to obtain commitment to new initiatives and partnerships
- Strong relationship builder with ability to find common ground, build consensus and strengthen collaboration amongst diverse stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communicator, comfortable preparing proposals, presentations and speaking in front of groups
- Outcome driven and accountable for results
