**Head of Wellbeing Solutions, APAC**
The head of Wellbeing Solutions, APAC will be responsible for developing and executing Aon’s wellbeing strategy to support client growth in APAC. The role will work with global, regional and local stakeholders to develop, deliver and manage wellbeing solutions for clients. This will involve driving the adoption of wellbeing solutions in APAC, developing new solutions to foster innovation and growth.

**What the day will look like**
- Head of regional wellbeing business unit responsible for team of wellbeing consultants and ownership of revenue and sales delivery
- Develop and implement wellbeing business plan (including its integration with related areas such as DE&I) and budget for the APAC region
- Develop and lead team of SME consultants in the areas of wellbeing and related employee benefits advice delivery, outcome improvements and value measurement
- Create scalable solutions that address health improvement and benefit strategies with the power of data analytics to provide evidence-based health solutions for clients that improve health and productivity while positively impacting the bottom line
- Translate vision and theories and ideas into clear and actionable offers, tools, and approaches that can be deployed by our clients
- Work closely with other leaders to understand and link plans that support the strategic direction of the business
- Provide thought leadership around the development of specific health, wellbeing and other people related topics and link research to marketing activity
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to establish and implement appropriate themes, client segmentation and targeted go-to market strategies
- Coordinate with country teams to establish approaches for disseminating point-of -view, process, tools, and services to markets including chair of regional best practice council
- Identify and establish internal and external partnerships that can facilitate strategic direction and product development
- Undertake other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the reporting manager

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Professional qualification in health or wellbeing related discipline
- Track record of delivering multiple projects to a portfolio of clients and influencing teams and resources to deliver outcomes
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to engage with all levels of clients, colleagues and business partners
- Ability to frame and communicate a health and wellbeing narrative
- Proven leadership skills
- Highly motivated, with ability to motivate teams
- Strong organisation awareness
- Results driven and accountable for results
