As a Head of Talent Acquisition APAC, the role holder is responsible to manage a team of professional Talent Acquisition consultants, and drive Cigna’s talent acquisition strategy by identifying, sourcing, and hire right talents for APAC markets. Work in collaboration with the business to understand the current and future talent demand to support growth plans.
**Main Responsibilities**:
Provide the business with real-time information regarding talent competition and industry trends.
Build longer-term talent pipeline cross hiring requirements, assess them and ultimately attract the highest skilled and credentialed professionals to join Cigna.
Develop and implement employer branding strategy with partnership with HR partners and business, to ensure that Cigna is able to attract the necessary talent for today and tomorrow. This includes HR Business Partner, Total Rewards, Mobility, Employment Law, Learning and Development and Talent Management.
Lead recruitment-related projects for the region
Manage the selection and performance of external recruiting partners/vendors.
**Requirements**:
Degree holder with a minimum of 10 years’ hands-on experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the insurance/healthcare/financial industry and MNC company
5+ years’ experience in managing/leading a remote talent acquisition team across countries is an advantage
Proven experience of direct sourcing and in-house recruitment is necessary.
Exceptional assessment and interviewing skills and a strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments and processes required.
Ability to manage competing priorities, manage ambiguity, manage stakeholders and be flexible in roles and responsibilities in a fast-paced and global environment is important
Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese (Written and Spoken)
Strong time management and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Strong enterprise mindset and high integrity are critical.
