Director - Corporate HR

**Summary:
The Director - Corporate HR position is responsible for directing people function of the organization in accordance with the policies & practices of Everise for a global workforce across Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, United States, Guatemala & Ireland. This position will also be responsible for the strategic human resource planning to provide the organization with the best talent available & to position the organization as the employer of choice by being aware of policies, practices & trends within the industry. The Director will be responsible to develop & implement HR strategies that meet the overall organizational strategy, goals & the desired culture of the company.
**Principle Accountabilities:
- Maintain knowledge of international HR policies, programs, laws and issues. Understands the differences of domestic and international policies and programs and coordinates the integration of all such programs.
- Enhance, monitor, and implement the data governance practices and standards to ensure that enterprise data capture and integration from diverse sources is consistent, accessible, secure, and timely to inform both tactical and long-term strategic business decisions.
- Provide strategic directions on development of appropriate HR policies across the Organization
- Provide strategic oversight and direction to the Company’s compensation and benefits policy and practices.
- Research and analyze data to identify trends, uncover potential opportunities, and partner with functional HR business partners and other key.
- Communicates findings to senior management via formal presentations, standard management reporting artifacts on periodic/quarterly/annual basis.
- Provides management support to the Human Resource function in the area of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics.
- Prepare one - off and recurring reports using employee data in Workday and other data repositories.
- Identify and propose additional opportunities for HR/decision - support analytics.
- Scope, execute, and monitor reports and dashboards to track the key metrics of the organization across multiple geographic markets.
- Assess current and future policy requirements to support strategic aims in conjunction with the Organization’s senior management.
- To oversees and directs the full life cycle of the recruiting process. This includes developing recruiting strategies to ensure job openings are filled in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Filling job openings using external recruiting agencies, scheduling staff for job fairs and college career fairs, as well as selecting the best sources to advertise job openings and implementing programs to assist the recruiting process.
