**Job Purpose
The Director, Corporate Services is responsible for the management of the Corporate Services Unit that oversees strategic planning and related administrative functions of COSEM Safety & Security Services Pte Ltd, its subsidiaries and related joint-ventures. The strategic planning functions include Corporate Planning, Branding and Marketing, while the administrative functions include Finance, Human Resource and Information Technology. The Director is to ensure corporate services align to business needs and organizational objectives. He/She leads the internal audit function and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
**Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement Corporate Services strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
2. Provide visionary leadership to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Oversee the development of branding and marketing strategies and plans (including corporate-level environment and social responsibilities).
4. Ensure corporate-level Financial accountability and internal controls (including the preparation of financial reports and budgets).
5. Develop and manage the Corporate Services budget, monitor expenditure and implement cost-saving initiatives.
6. Recruit and train a high-performing team and ensure corporate-level Human Resource (HR) governance and internal controls (including personal data protection).
7. Ensure corporate-level Information Technology (IT) security and internal controls;
8. Oversee the planning and management of Logistics (Logs) and Facilities, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
9. Oversee the formulation of Finance, HR, IT and Logs policies.
10. Conduct internal audits on Finance, HR, IT and Logs processes to ensure governance and reduce risks associated with the business activities.
11. Manage the day-to-day activities of the Corporate Services Unit in terms of staffing, organisation and coordination;
**Job Requirements:
1. Tertiary qualification with minimum 10 years of relevant working experience, with 3 to 5 years in a leadership position
2. Strategic view to anticipate new situations, resourceful, meticulous and thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
5. Strong sense of responsibility
**Remuneration Package & Location:
Annual Salary: up to $180,000
