Elites Hr is recruiting for Corporate Sale Executive for our cilent in Pastry industry

- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and management.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Passion for and knowledge of corporate sales, particularly in the hotel and catering sectors.

**Job Scope**:

- Report directly to the Corporate Sales Director.
- Manage a portfolio of hotel and catering corporate clients in Singapore.
- Prepare professional quotations and proposals using presentation tools.
- Serve as the primary contact for handling inquiries and resolving service-related issues.
- Draft and manage sales proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients.
- Ensure accurate processing of orders and timely delivery to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., logistics and production) to fulfill client requirements.
- Monitor sales performance and maintain a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and communications in the CRM system.
- Follow up on overdue payments and ensure accounts are current.
- Research and compile lead lists for potential new hotel and catering clients.
- Assist in preparing materials for sales presentations.Contribute to marketing campaigns targeting hotel and catering clients by drafting and distributing relevant content.
