Chief of Staff

**Job Purpose**:
Aids the Chief Executive Officer in making decisions, managing projects and carrying out strategic initiatives across the Organization. The Chief of Staff works in tandem with the organizational leaders and provide guidance on key decisions as well as communicate with various departments to achieve the Company’s goal.
**Responsibilities**:
- Build and lead the daily operations of the Executive Office through collaboration with senior management and department leaders.
- Coordinate special projects, enable cross-functional strategic efforts, and make sure the CEO’s action items are carried out.
- Oversee the development and successful completion of important business initiatives with the assistance of senior leadership and division heads.
- Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.
- Serve as a thought partner and strategic advisor to the CEO, standing in on meetings, challenging ideas and offering a different perspective and following-up on action items with the team accordingly.
- Corresponding internal and external communications such as speeches, newsletters and press releases and scheduling and preparing for meetings.
- Meticulous in managing initiatives, processes and budgetary aspects.
- Be competent in assisting the CEO and managing initiatives that are related to trade association and chambers (TAC) as well as statutory works relevant to the F&B, Nightlife and Lifestyle industries.
- Able to understand and develop strong knowledge on relevant government policies, support and grants related to the business.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years in experience in business or executive management role with a focus on executive level advising and interdepartmental collaboration.
- Experience in Operations Management.
- Proven success in project coordination.
- Experience with data analysis and budget management.
- Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives.
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
