As Cialfo’s Chief of Staff, you will be a strategic partner to the founders and senior leadership team to create immediate impact on the company’s productivity, streamlining strategic initiatives overseeing program management, and communicating objectives between departments. As Chief of Staff, you will work with and report directly to the CEO, relaying messages and ideas from other senior executive leaders to improve Cialfo’s internal functions and processes. The Chief of Staff lives in the future and focuses on long-term planning and projects to ensure Cialfo comes closer to bringing our empowering mission to life and maximizing business impact
**Responsibilities**
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, facilitate special projects, and ensure action items are executed.
- Participates with the CEO and leadership team in strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making.
- Responsible in managing the business intelligence team to analyse OKRs across all departments in order to help the senior leaders make data driven decisions.
- Serve as a thought leader and strategic advisor to the founders, standing in on meetings, challenging ideas and offering original thinking, and following up on action items with the team accordingly.
- Work collaboratively with teams across the globe and strategically lead and inspire people with multi cultural and diverse backgrounds
- Proactively follow up with the leaders if and when goals are not being achieved to determine why objectives are not being met.
- Manage the company’s brand and reputation.
- Provide analysis, recommendations, and options to the founders regarding high impact decisions.
- Creates and maintains systems and processes to streamline operations.
- Keep the founders abreast of the current company climate such as employee wellbeing, project statuses, new proposals, etc.
- Travel extensively to company’s key markets as the need arises to work with the teams on the ground
**Requirements**:
- 8+ years in a business or executive management role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for productive collaboration across varying departments in various countries and cultures
- Proven problem solver who can make clear-headed decisions while under pressure.
- Able to successfully organize, lead and direct large teams of people.
- Ability to analyze and compile large sets of data and present effective management and board reports.
- Proven creative thinker with strong business acuity with a focus on developing creative solutions.
- Impeccable time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form.
- Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives.
- Ready to travel exensively as the job demands
- Must be based Full Time in Singapore, coming to the office 4-5 times a week.
- Ability to speak multiple languages specially two between English, Hindi and Mandarin
