**In this role, you will**:

- Provide office support to employees, clients, and customers to ensure that day-to-day business operations runs smoothly.
- Create a filing system & update company databases & reports for financial, personnel and various department uses.
- Coordinate meetings & appointments between business heads & clients.
- Secure & clinch sales deals by following up on business communications, billing & ordering details.
- Prepare detailed minutes for selected meetings to highlight key points of discussions, decisions and assigned actions.
- Interact with company clients either on the phone or in person to build strong & positive business relationships
- Assist the Project Team onsite at client’s workplace.
- Assist the management on any other administrative tasks as assigned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $1,600.00 - $2,800.00 per month
