- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure that users are familiar with the solution’s features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Work closely with product development, customer success, and technical support teams to align on project goals and ensure smooth handoff.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to the implementation process, including configuration guides, user manuals, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Track implementation progress, communicate updates to stakeholders, and ensure that project milestones are met within the specified timelines and budget.
- Offer ongoing support to address any issues that arise after the implementation is complete, ensuring smooth operation and client satisfaction.
- Proactively recommend enhancements to the solution based on client feedback and evolving business needs.
- Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders
- Work independently with mínimal supervision and direction and multi-task across several projects
- Serve as the primary customer-facing contact for assigned projects for all customer resources including business and IT points of contact
- Lead the technical department through the implementation process, including customer requirements, solution design, solution development and testing

**Job Requirements**
- 2 years of experience in business development or solution implementation
- Experience with customer relationship management
- Good organization and project management skills
- Basic technical skills on HTML, CSS, SQL
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to strategically monitor progress, and ensure results are achieved as planned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,400.00 - $3,700.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Early shift
