
Business Development Executive

Job Description
Drive B2B growth for our premium range of Paint Protection Film (PPF) and Solar Film across Singapore and South East Asia. This is a pivotal role for a candidates who are highly motivated that thrives on building new clientele and shaping the market for high-value automotive accessories. You will be the face of our company, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction from the first point of contact through to after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients (e.g., car dealerships, auto workshops, detailers) across Singapore and South East Asia.
2) Become a specialist in PPF and solar film, effectively presenting technical benefits and tailored solutions to business clients.
3) Build lasting partnerships, manage key accounts, and ensure exceptional post-sale service to foster loyalty and repeat business.
4) Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs for the region.
5) Research and identify new market opportunities and trends within the automotive after-sales sector.
6) Work closely with the internal team to ensure a seamless process from lead generation to deal closure and after-sales service.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of proven experience in car sales and/or car accessories sales.
- A strong existing network within the Singapore automotive industry is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies for lead generation is a strong bonus.
- Willingness to travel locally and occasionally within Asia.
Working Hours & Remuneration
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Basic Salary: S$2,500 - S$3,000
- Commission: Attractive and uncapped commission structure based on KPI targets
- Transport: Transportation allowance will be provided
