Singapore National Arts Council Full time

**What the role is**
- You will be part of the team that is responsible for developing arts infrastructure frameworks in partnership with key government agencies to diversify spaces for the arts in Singapore and work with venue owners to integrate the arts into the Civic District and Bras Basah Bugis precincts.

**What you will be working on**
- Support the timely renewals of tenancies, ensuring that lease renewals are conducted promptly, and properly documenting all lease agreements
- Support the manager on the liaison of routine and recurring matters such as:

- Request for invoice to Finance to bill tenants
- Updating of tenancy master list details monthly
- To assist in the checks and audit of daily processes
- To assist in the administration of paperwork for tenancies and leases
- Provide administrative support for tenancy engagements and policy changes such as secretariat duties and staffing notes
- Prepare database of listings for online space resource directory
- Assist with other ad hoc tasks assigned

**What we are looking for**
- Good Degree in Real Estate or equivalent field
- At least 2 years of experience in leasing / tenancy
- Relevant experience in process automation or research would be advantageous
- Experience in public sector procurement process e.g. tenders
- Independent, meticulous and detail-oriented
- Proactive thinking when executing tasks
- Strong communication skills
- An interest in the arts will be advantageous as well
