Job Title: Senior Manager/Manager, Healthy Precinct (Engagement & Partnership)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to spearhead the development of healthy precincts in the Western Region of Singapore.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead a small team to develop healthy precincts through collaboration with internal and community stakeholders. They will be responsible for operationalising health precincts, developing plans to empower communities to manage their health effectively, fostering a culture that encourages healthy lifestyles, establishing partnerships with stakeholders, and implementing initiatives aimed at enhancing integrated care and population health outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Proven experience in programme development, stakeholder engagement and project management
  • At least 3-5 years of leadership experience
  • Strong critical and strategic thinking skills, with excellent conceptual and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Knowledge of the Singapore healthcare system and/or population health models is advantageous
