Job Title: Healthy Precincts Developer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Healthy Precincts Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and operationalizing the Health Precincts concept to achieve health-social integration with internal and community stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement community health plans for different focus areas.
  • Engage and build partnerships with internal and community stakeholders to foster buy-in and collaboration.
  • Track and review progress on implementation of community health plans.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience.
  • Strong planning, project management and organizational skills.
  • Able to think critically and creatively.
