Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead the development of healthy precincts in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and partners.

A healthy precinct is an area that supports residents to achieve and sustain healthy lifestyles through environment and culture.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop health precincts for integration by working closely with internal and community stakeholders.
  • Create and implement strategies to empower communities to manage their health effectively.
  • Foster a culture that promotes healthy lifestyle and preventive care.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with grassroots organisations, social service agencies, and healthcare providers.
  • Develop initiatives aimed at enhancing integrated care and population health outcomes.
  • Lead and manage a team to achieve organisational goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in any field.
  • Proven experience in programme development, stakeholder engagement, and project management.
  • At least 3-5 years of leadership experience.
  • Strong critical and strategic thinking skills, with excellent conceptual and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
