Healthy Precincts Coordinator

Join our team in the Precinct Planning and Development Department under the Regional Health Systems Office (RHSO) to develop healthy precincts in the Western Region of Singapore.
A healthy precinct is a geographical location that supports residents to achieve and sustain healthy lifestyles through an environment and culture that fosters community engagement, social integration, and preventive health measures.
As a member of our team, you will be involved in planning, operationalising, and developing plans to empower the community to take care of their health. This includes:
- Supporting the development and implementation of community health plans for different focus areas.
- Engaging and building partnerships with internal and community stakeholders, such as grassroots organisations, social service agencies, and healthcare providers.
- Tracking and reviewing progress on the implementation of community health plans.
Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in any discipline and a minimum of 2 years of working experience. You should have strong planning, project management, and organisational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Additionally, you should be able to think critically, be adept in stakeholder engagement, and be resourceful in problem-solving and resilient in overcoming challenges.
