1) Support strategic planning for RHSO Ops Division
- Lead annual workplan, budgeting and manpower planning cycle for RHSO-Ops Division, including subsequent management and monitoring
- Prepare and provide strategic updates to management and internal/external stakeholders, lead proposal and grant submissions to seek funding
- Lead in reporting and coordination efforts for various work pieces across the Precinct Planning & Development Department (PPD)
- Undertake any other strategic projects, which may involve working with other departments in RHSO-Ops or other divisions/agencies
- Lead and drive Secretariat work for various workgroups

2) Support development of Healthy Precinct framework and strategies for Western Region and implementation of Healthy Precincts and its elements
- Develop, review and manage the Healthy Precinct framework and its strategies for Western Region, including translation of strategies into implementation plans
- Develop Healthy Precinct framework elements through close collaboration with respective leads, leading to successful conceptualisation and implementation of focus elements
- Develop and implement new Healthy Precincts, which includes engaging various partners and grassroots

3) Grant Administration
- Manage the various grant/programme budgets to ensure proper utilisation in line with approved funding guidelines and terms and conditions
- Check and approve grant claims

4) Corporate administrative support to PPD
- Oversee the proper provision of various administrative support to PPD e.g. goods/IT/HR-related matters, facilities management, database management, knowledge management etc

5) Others
- Successful execution of any other duties assigned by RO.
