Healthy Precinct Development Manager

This is a leadership opportunity to develop and manage healthy precincts in the Western Region of Singapore. As part of our Regional Health Systems Office, you will collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to create environments that support residents to achieve and sustain healthy lifestyles.
Key Responsibilities:- Operationalize health precincts to integrate health and social services through collaboration with internal and community stakeholders.
- Develop and implement plans to empower communities to manage their health effectively.
- Foster a community culture that encourages healthy lifestyles and emphasizes preventive care.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with stakeholders such as grassroots organizations, social service agencies, and healthcare providers to ensure integrated care and health improvement across care settings.
- Develop and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing integrated care and population health outcomes.
- Lead and manage a team to achieve departmental goals.
- Bachelor degree in any discipline.
- Proven experience in program development, stakeholder engagement, and project management.
- At least 3-5 years of leadership experience.
- Strong critical and strategic thinking skills, with excellent conceptual and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of the Singapore healthcare system and/or population health models will be advantageous.
